LITERACY COACH/ INTERVENTIONIST

The Lisbon School Department is seeking a highly qualified K-8 certified teacher for the position of Literacy Coach/ Interventionist.  The successful candidate will demonstrate the following: a successful history of teaching at the Elementary level, experience in teaching literacy, a thorough understanding of the common core standards, the ability to collaborate within and among teams, experience with planning and implementing Response to Intervention, the ability to establish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a supportive learning environment, the ability to organize, track and analyze data to inform instruction. 

Special Requirements/Experience Needed:
Elementary School Certification 020 with Master’s Degree in Literacy and Coaching certification preferred. Prior experience preferred.
